Erricson Master Bathroom

Gutted this master bathroom to the studs. Converted the old fiberglass tub/shower to a master shower with a bench seat! Eliminated the linen closet and converted the single vanity to a double vanity with pullouts on each end! Converted the skylight to a Solatube to allow natural light! Scraped the ceiling and installed new greenboard sheetrock to the walls. Added a towel warmer! Installed new custom maple wood, stained with English Chestnut finish, double vanity with in-set doors and drawers with soft close hardware and pullout drawers in the sink bases. Installed Kohler 20″ x 30″ mirrored medicine cabinets with custom stained trim. Installed 4″ LED recess lights in the ceiling, Panasonic Whisper light/fans above the toilet & shower, and LED vanity lights above each sink. Installed Ceasar Stone Concrete Quartz countertop with Mirabelle rectangle under-mount sinks and Pfister Deckard Single hole faucets. Installed Jeffery Alexander Pewter finish cabinet hardware. Installed Dal Tile Ayers Rock Rustic Remnant floor tile in a Versailles pattern on the bathroom floor. Installed Dal Tile Ayers Rock Majestic Mound 13″ x 20″ shower wall tile with 3″ x 13″ decorative accent tile, and 3″x 3″ mosaic shower floor tile. Used Bostik True Color urethane grout in the shower and Bostik Vivid grout with sealer in the bathroom floor. Installed frame-less shower door and panel with Enduro shield and towel bar hardware. Installed Delta thermostatic valve, diverter valve, adjustable bar, and Speakman shower head and hand-held shower heads. Installed Ceasar Stone Concrete Quartz to the shower bench seat. Installed four panel pocket entry door with Baroque glass and half moon pull! Installed DXV Darling one piece toilet. Painted the walls with Sherwin-Williams Niebla Azul Super Paint and Pro-classic trim paint. Installed new rocker style switches/receptacles and matching finish metal plates! Installed new accessories!
