Doe Trail Cove Master Bathroom

Gutted this master bathroom! Moved the bathroom entry door to the right approximately 1′ to the right! Converted two separate closets to one large closet, 7.5′ deep x 12′ long with mirrored pocket door entry! Also increased the depth of the shower approximately 2′ deeper with a 3′ entry and knee walls on each side of the entry! Installed Schluter radiant heat flooring with programmable thermostat in the bathroom and closet. New shower is handicap accessible with no curb! Installed Mayfair Statuario Venato High Definition 10.5″ x 32″ large subway shower wall tile with Urban Classics Diamond shape mosaic shower floor tile! Built custom shower/tub recess/niches for soap/shampoo and installed custom bullnose tile. Grouted the shower walls with Bostik Storm Vivid grout and the shower floor with Bostik Shadow Vivid grout. Installed Signature Hardware Shower valve, diverter valve, rain head shower, and hand-held shower mount4ed on an adjustable bar. Changed the entry to the toilet from a door to a cased opening and increased the size of the linen closet. Installed Mayfair Statuario Venato High Definition Polished 16″ x 32″ porcelain floor tile with Statuario Venato Piazza High Definition Polished Mosaic tile laid as a perimeter rug pattern. Used Bostik Storm Vivid grout for the floor! Installed furniture style vanities with Prestige Vicenza Quartz countertop with Signature Hardware rectangular porcelain under-mount sinks, Signature Hardware Single Hole faucets, and Minka Lavery sconces on each side of the beveled mirrors. Installed Signature Hardware 66″ Sheba acrylic freestanding tub with Signature Hardware freestanding tub filler with separate hand-held shower with a Maxim Corona chandelier above the tub! Installed 4″ LED recess lights, LED light/fans above the shower and toilet and vented those to the exterior. Installed new receptacles on each side of the vanities, new Lutron Maestro dimmer switches to control the recess lights, chandelier, and sconces. Installed motion detection switch for the closet 4″ LED recess lights. Installed new crown molding, baseboard, and shoe molding! Installed frameless glass panels above the shower knee walls. Panted the bathroom walls with Sherwin-Williams interior latex Super Paint in the color of Atmospheric, the trim/doors in Extra White semi-gloss Pro-Classic paint, and ceiling in ceiling white! LOVE IT!!!
