Windover Grove Kitchen

Gutted this kitchen to the studs, Moved plumbing so as to accommodate new pass thru from kitchen into family/dining room, plumbing moved above for new master bathroom, and decreased the size of the fir down above the wall cabinets. Eliminated the entrance from the formal dining room on the front of the home and converted it to a bedroom, which allowed the kitchen cabinets to be increased in length along that wall. Installed new electrical wiring, 4″ & 6″ LED recess lights, tape LED under-cabinet lighting, and Chandelier above the breakfast room table, all with Lutron Maestro dimmer switches! Installed new insulation in the walls, new ice maker water line, and 1/2″ greenboard sheetrock. We custom fabricated the walnut butcher block pass thru shelf! The cabinets are manufactured by Medallion Cabinets, Maple wood, full overlay Carlisle door style, painted with pullouts in the base cabinets, adjustable shelves in the 42″ tall wall cabinets, double garbage pullout, dove-tailed drawer construction, and under-mount soft-close drawer guides! Cambria Brittanica Quartz countertop and backsplash! Cabinet Hardware is by Hardware Resources, the floor is Mannington Max Adura Grafitti Petina. The walls are painted with Sherwin-Williams interior latex Super Paint with satin finish, and Sherwin-Williams Pro-Classic oil base trim paint in the color of Extra White. We installed new appliances, We installed a Kohler Specialty Apron Front Sink, and Delta goose neck touch faucet.
