The toilet in this powder room was not doing it’s job due to the trunk line running the opposite direction or up hill therefore, it would not flush! So, we removed the pressure assisted toilet, which we had replaced a few years before, the vanity, and floor tile. We then removed the concrete as needed so we could remove the bad trunk line and install a new trunk line that is running down hill or proper direction to work adequately! We also installed new maple wood vanity with slab style doors and drawers and new Sutton Cabinet hardware. We built and stained the mirror frame to match the new Milestone Ecowood 6″ x 24″ Noce porcelain floor tile. We installed new Carrera Mist Quartz countertop by MSI. We installed new Kohler Vessel style porcelain sink, and DXV vessel style faucet in Brushed Nickel finish!
