Gutted this his & her master bathroom! Removed the wall between the tub and shower and replaced it with glass panels. Laid Anatolia Mayfair Zebrino Series polished 16″ x 32″ floor tile in a 1/3-2/3 pattern with a Piazza mosiac around the tub Laid Anatolia Mayfair Zebrino Series 12″ x 24″ matte shower wall tile in a 1/2-2/3 pattern with polished hexagonal mosaic in the shower floor, and Como pennyround mosaic in the back of the niche. All tile has a 1/16″ grout joint and Bostik True Color urethane grout in the shower and Bostik Vivid grout in the floor in the color of Storm. Custom maple wood vanities painted with Sherwin-Williams Indigo Patik color. Shaker style doors with hidden soft-close hinges, and Shaker Style drawer fronts with soft-close drawer guides. Top Knobs tapered 6 5/16″ cabinet pulls from Nouveau III Series in flat black finish. MSI Calacatta Laza Quartz countertops. 1.25″ beveled mirrors. Delta Pivotal Series 8″ spread faucets in matte black finish. Two Delta Pivotal Series Pressure balanced valves with integrated volume controls and 3 function diverter with 1.75 GPM shower heads, hand shower mounted on an adjustable bar, and Brizo 2.5 GPM raincan shower head. Frameless glass shower doors and fixed shower panels with flat black hardware and glass is treated with Enduro Shield. DXV Lyndon one piece dual flush elongated toilet with everclean system, soft close seats in the color of white. MTI Free Standing Sculptured Stone 73″ wide soaking tub with Delta Zura Floor Mounted tub filler wiht H2Okinetic hand shower in flat black finish. Installed new EMTEK Winchester Series door knobs and new hinges in flat black finish. Installed Capital Lighting Tanner 3 & 4 light vanity lights, Quorum International 26″ pendant light, Nutone light/fans, and LED recess lights. Installed Lutron Maestro dimmer switches, new receptacles, and new screwless plates. Painted the walls with interior latex Super Paint and trim with Pro-Classic oil base from Sherwin-Williams. Installed new HVAC registers. Installed new Delta accessories in flat black finish.
