Gutted this master bathroom! Relocated both vanity light switches from bathroom entry wall to the vanity walls. Added a receptacle to the left of the mirror of the larger vanity. Installed screwless electrical plates and rocker style switches and motion switches. Used the jacuzzi circuit for the new radiant heat floor in the bathroom and closet with Programmable Wi-Fi thermostat! Installed flush mount recess lights in the ceiling of the bathroom and closet. Installed LED light/fans above the shower and in the water closet! Installed Park Harbor Laurelgrove Collection 3 light 27″ wide vanity lights. Laid Anatolia Mayfair Collection Volakis Grigio Polished 16″ x 32″ porcelain bathroom floor tile with 1/16″ grout joint and used Bostik Vivid grout in color of Storm. Laid Anatolia Mayfair Collection Volakis Grigio Polished 10.5″ x 32″ porcelain subway tile for the shower walls and custom bullnose tile around the perimeter & niche with 1/16″ grout joint and used Bostik True Color urethane grout in color of Storm. Laid Anatolia Mayfair Collection Volakis Grigio Polished Hexagonal Mosaic porcelain shower floor tile. Shower is handicap accessible with no curb/threshold! Built floating bench seat with MSI Calactta Laza Quartz 3CM seat top. Installed Delta Ara Collection Pressure Balanced valve with integrated volume control & 3 position diverter, 1.75 GPM multi-function shower head with H2Okinetic technology, and Delta Zura 175 GPM multi-function hand shower with Touchclean and H2Okinetic technology mounted on an adjustable bar in matte black finish. Installed frameless glass shower door and panels treated with Enduro Shield and matching matte black hardware. Installed new Signature Hardware 66″ Patera free standing soaking resin tub with Delta Ara Collection free standing tub filler with hand-shower and diverter in matte black finish! Built and installed custom Maple wood vanities and matching mirror frames. Shaker style doors and 5 piece Shaker style drawer fronts! soft-close hinges and soft-close side mount drawer guides. Installed Top Knobs Devon Collection cabinet pulls in matte black finish. Installed MSI Calacatta Laza 3CM Quartz countertop with Signature Hardware Myers White under-mount vitreous china rectangle sinks, Delta Ara Collection 8″ spread faucets in color of matte black. Installed matching Delta accessories. Installed new Toto Nexus one piece elongated toilet with Tornado Flush Technology. Painted the walls with Sherwin-Williams interior latex Super Paint in the color of Repose Gray, and trim in Pro-Classic oil based paint in the color of Alabaster. Installed new Emtek Knurled Collection Lever dooor hardware.
