About This Project

Gutted this master bathroom! Installed new LED light fans above the shower and toilet. Installed (4) 4″ LED recess lights in the ceiling of the bathroom, new Crystorama Mini chandelier in the center of the room, 4″ LED recess lights above each vanity, and Visual Comfort sconces above each vanity. Installed new Lutron Maestro dimmer switches to control the 4″ LED recess lights, and stack switch to control the light/fans. Installed new receptacles. Installed new screwless switch/receptacle plates. Installed new 16″ x 32″ Mayfair Volakas Grigio polished porcelain tile in the floor with a 4′ x 4′ Mosaic Piazzo Volakas tile in the center of the bathroom floor in a diagonal pattern. Installed 4″ x 12″ Mayfair Volakas Grigio subway tile in the shower with custom bullnose tile for the shower threshold/curb. Installed Stella Argento basket weave mosaic shower floor tile. Installed new polished nickel shower valve, diverter valve, rain head shower head, and hand-held shower mounted on an adjustable bar. Installed new frameless glass shower door and panels. Installed painted Custom Cabinets vanities with full overlay shaker style doors and 5 piece shaker style drawers with soft close guides and soft close hinges. Installed new cabinet polished nickel and Lucite door & drawer hardware. Installed new marble countertops with Mirabelle porcelain under-mount rectangular sinks and polished nickel 8″ spread faucets. Installed Kichler rectangular framed mirrors. Installed new DXV two piece Townsquare toilet. Installed new 4.25″ baseboard, shoe molding, and crown molding. Painted the ceiling, walls, trim and doors using Sherwin-Williams paint products. Installed new door knobs and hinges. Customer referred to this as their new Taj Mahal bathroom!
