Treadway Gameroom
Gutted this game room to the metal studs. Removed the fabricated windows and doors and converted the single door to a window! Removed the brick knee wall on the interior and salvaged the brick to use on the exterior wall. Framed the new opening on the exterior entry wall and where the single entry door was on the side. Installed new bracing for the TV and new electrical switches/receptacles/screwless plates. Installed new 6″ LED lights, ceiling fans, and new pendant lights over the pool table. Installed new Jeld-wen wood interior/clad exterior casement windows and a french door with a transom. Installed new sheetrock to the walls and ceiling and finished with a knock down finish. Applied primer and two coats Sherwin-Williams interior latex paint to the walls and ceiling. Applied Sherwin-Williams oil based paint to all the windows and doors. Installed new Marazzi Archeology Collection porcelain tile to the floor in a versaille pattern, bar area walls, and the matching pinwheel backsplash tile between the wall and base cabinets. Sanded the countertops and applied several coats on Sherwin-Williams industrial enamel paint and re-installed them. Installed new baseboard, shoe molding and window apron trim beneath the brick ledges. Installed stucco around the new windows on the exterior and laid the brick knee wall matching the existing brick. Applied redwood trim between and above the windows and doors on the exterior entry wall. Applied Sherwin-Williams exterior latex paint matching the existing color/finish on the exterior.
