Avon Hall Bathroom

Gutted this hall bathroom to the studs! Moved the tub/shower plumbing to the opposite wall and installed a 4′ tub. Eliminated the linen closet on the right side of the bathroom as well as the hall closet behind it, so as to move the toilet to that area of the bathroom. Moved the sink down into the corner of the bathroom! Installed new Kolbe window. Installed new recess LED light/fan in the ceiling of the bathroom and above the new toilet location, moved the electrical switches, receptacle, and vanity light locations! Installed new Kohler cast iron 4.5′ x 30″ tub, Kohler tub/shower fixture, Kohler wall mounted vanity faucet, Kohler two piece toilet, and Lacava porcelain vanity sink. Installed custom maple wood, stained floating vanity with full overlay slab style door and drawers, Quartz countertop, framed mirror and re-installed the vanity light. Installed Atlas Concorde 3″ x 6″ beveled tub/shower wall tile and 12′ x 24″ porcelain accent tile, custom recess on the rear wall of the tub/shower. Installed frameless glass shower door and panel above the rear wall of the tub/shower! Installed hexagonal mosaic bathroom floor tile on the floor and in the back of the recess/niche. Installed 4.25″ baseboard, shoe molding, and 4.25″ crown molding. Installed custom shelves above the toilet! Installed new right hand in-swing entry door unit &n hardware.
