Gutted this kitchen & laundry room! Added a prep sink in the laundry room. Removed the fir downs and florescent lighting in the kitchen & laundry room. Removed the linoleum floor and old patio door. Installed a gas line for the new cooktop. Installed new batt insulation in the ceiling. Installed new 4″ & 6″ LED recessed lights in the kitchen and laundry room. Installed new pendant lights over the kitchen sink and laundry room sink. Installed Vitromex Manhattan Sky 20″ x 20″ porcelain tile in the floor. Installed new Medallion maple wood cabinets with Glenwood full overlay doors and drawer fronts in the color of Divinity White. Base cabinets have pullouts, corner lazy susan cabinet, double trash pullout, tall oven cabinet with microwave and warming drawer. Soft close concealed hinges and soft close drawer guides. 42″ tall wall cabinets with corner cabinet. Cambria Summerhill Quartz countertop, Bliss Fusion Random Strip Carbon mosaic backsplash tile, LED tape under-cabinet lighting, new Kitchen Aid appliances, Samsung refrigerator, and Bosch five burner gas cook-top. Installed Elkay stainless steel apron front kitchen sink with Delta gooseneck faucet, In-Sinkerator Hot water dispenser, and In-Sinkerator 3/4 HP garbage disposal. Kohler prep sink and Delta gooseneck faucet in the laundry room. Installed new rocker style switches and receptacles with decorative plates. Installed new custom patio door and kitchen window. Installed new Top Knobs Exeter pulls for the cabinet doors and drawers. Installed new baseboard/shoe molding and cove style crown molding. Used Sherwin-Williams paint products for the walls, and trim.
