Cordova Contemporary Kitchen/Great Room
Totally gutted this kitchen and laundry room. Extended the laundry room into a workspace area in the garage. We scraped the ceilings in the kitchen and family room making them smooth. Cabinets are manufactured by Medallion Cabinetry and are maple stained onyx. Cabinet hardware is from Top Knobs. Countertop and fireplace hearth is Cambria Quartz. The backsplash tile is a metal mosaic from Maniscalco. The floor is porcelain tile from BPI. We installed dimmable 4″ LED recessed lights in the kitchen, LED under-cabinet lights in the kitchen, matching ET2 pendant lights in the front entry, over the bar, and the garage door entry, with the larger ET2 light over the island. We eliminated the pantry closet and storage closet in the kitchen/breakfast rooms. The new kitchen sink is from Kohler with a Delta touch faucet with soap dispenser and push button garbage disposal switch. Installed all new GE appliances with a wine cooler in the island. All new toggle switches, receptacles, and polished chrome plates. Also have a two charging stations for smartphones/ipads, etc.. by the back door leading into the garage and beside the refrigerator in the kitchen. The hardwood flooring is Anderson Haversham, installed in the family room, front entry, office, formal dining room, and hallway. The paint is Sherwin-Williams wall, ceiling, and trim. The fireplace has the same tile on the surround as the backsplash tile in the kitchen. The mantle is stained cedar. The new front door is a Maxima fiberglass door with two sidelights from Norandex. The new back door and french doors are Legacy Steel doors from Provia with blinds between the glass and the In-Vent retractable screen. The new ceiling fan and light over the breakfast table are from Ferguson.
