Goodlett Master Bathroom

Gutted this master bathroom to the studs! Replaced some floor joists and bad/rotten sub-floor. Moved the toilet from one corner to the opposite corner in the room, thus moved the vanity sink locations and allowed a larger double vanity with tower cabinets on each end. Eliminated the tub and increased the size of the shower with a bench seat. Centered the shower drain. Installed new 4″ recess lights in the ceiling, Park Harbor vanity lights, and light/fans above the toilet and shower and vented those to the exterior. Replaced the swinging entry door with a three paneled pocket door with lockable hardware. Built a wall between the new toilet location and the rear of the shower which we placed a tall linen cabinet with adjustable shelves against. Installed Schluter floor mat and Schluter radiant heat flooring system with programmable thermostat. Installed Anatolia Mayfair Volakas Grigio 16″ x 32″ porcelain floor tile with a matte finish in a 1/3-2/3 pattern to the bathroom floor. Installed Anatolia Mayfair Volakas Grigio 10.5″ x 32″ porcelain tile to the shower walls in a 1/3-2/3 pattern with Lungarno Grigio Barlin Marble Medley Diamond Mesh Mosaic accent tile around the shower and in the backs of the recesses/niches, and installed Anatolia Mayfair Volakas Grigio 2″ x 2″ Basketweave Porcelain Mosaic shower floor tile in the shower floor. Used Bostik Misty Gray True Color Grout in the shower and Vivid grout in the bathroom floor! Built and installed a new custom maple wood vanity with Shaker style doors, 5 piece Shaker style drawer fronts, a clothes hamper pullout on the left side, a triple stack of drawers in the middle, a triple stack of drawers on the right side, and tower cabinets with adjustable shelves. Used under-mount soft close drawer guides and soft close concealed hinges for the doors. Built and installed custom matching mirror frames above each vanity. Installed Delta Dryden Collection vanity faucets, Shower thermostatic valve, diverter valve, shower head, and hand-held shower mounted on an adjustable bar in stainless finish. Installed frame-less glass shower door and panels with hardware! Installed matching Delta Dryden Collection robe hook, tower bar and paper holder. Installed a American Standard two piece TownSquare toilet. Installed Mirabelle porcelain rectangle under-mount sinks, and 2cm Prestige Stargaze Quartz countertop for the vanity and shower bench seat. Installed new rocker style electrical switches, receptacles, and screwless plates. Installed Lutron Maestro dimmer switch for the recess lights. Installed Cove style 4.25″ crown molding around the perimeter of the bathroom, tower cabinets, and linen cabinet. Installed 4.25″ baseboard with cap to match the existing baseboard in the home. Painted the walls, ceiling, and all trim and doors using Sherwin-Williams products.
