Sutton Exterior Siding/Door/Windows/Shutters
Removed the holly bushes in the front and side of the home. Removed all of the old cedar siding and all the soffit, fascia, and frieze lumber on this home. Repaired a lot of rotten/bad framing and old termite damage. Tied in the back porch roof to prevent water in the corner of the area. Replaced the front porch post with a new cedar post, stained to match the new shutters and new front door. Also removed the old aluminum windows on the home and installed new Atrium vinyl double hung replacement windows. We wrapped the home with a moisture barrier and installed staggered cedar shake Hardie siding around the twin window, the front porch, and between the two windows on the front of the home. The remaining siding was replaced with Hardie lap siding. We built new cedar shutters decorated with clavos’ to match the new Provia Signet Series fiberglass door. We painted the exterior siding and trim with Sherwin-Williams exterior latex Super Paint, separate colors for the siding and trim.
