Ward Sunroom
We designed and are building this beautiful sunroom/porch addition to the back of this home! It will be another “Room With a View” when completed! Should be completed in a coupe of weeks! The foundation has been scored and will be stained at the end of the project. There are eight 6″ dimmable LED recessed lights in the ceiling of the sunroom, two speakers, a fan motor that operates two (two-bladed) fans via belts, two exterior speakers, three motion detection lights, and the porch has four 4″ dimmable LED recessed lights and a dual ceiling fan. We are converting the existing wood burning fireplace to gas logs, and we are installing a small wood burning stove in the sunroom! Stay tuned, this one is going to be a BEAUT!!!
