Windover Grove Master Bathroom

Completely gutted this upstairs master bathroom to the studs. I moved the entrance to the bathroom from the bedroom so as to make is less compartmentalized and more open! Changed the new entrance to the bathroom to a french door as well. The new custom floating double vanity is Cherry wood with Espresso stain and is built by Medallion Cabinetry, and has the Carlisle full overlay door style. The Quartz countertop is Callacutta Classique by Vicostone! The hardware is from Restoration Hardware, Sonoma Knobs and Bellcastle pulls. Delta Pivotal Series vanity faucets in Brialliance Stainless finish with accompanying robe hooks, towel bars, etc…The two mirrors are from Electric Mirror Company and have 5 levels of light to choose from We also installed 4″ LED recess lights above the vanity as well as in front of the matching Medallion linen cabinet. We installed a 60″ Signature Hardware Sheba free-standing tub with air and insulation with the free-standing Delta Pivotal tub filler and separate hand-held. The new Toto toilet with bidet seat was installed in the new water closet with full length mirror entry door. The new shower was installed where the old tub used to be! We installed a new Atrium 3000 Series vinyl replacement window with obscure glass. The shower has the thermostatic valve, 6 position transfer valve, four body sprays, and separate hand-held shower, bench seat, and recess for shower products. We installed an LED light/fan above the shower and toilet and vented both to the exterior. The tile in the bathroom floor is Anatolia Mayfair Statuario Venato polished 16″ x 32″ with Anatolia Mayfair Statuario Volokas Piazza HD polished mosaic between the tub and vanity! The shower wall tile is Anatolia Mayfair Statuario Venato polished 10.5″ X 32″ tile laid in a 1/3 – 2/3 pattern with Anatolia Mayfair Statuario Argento 2″ x 2″ basketweave mosaic on the floor and back of the recess/niche! We used Bostik true color urethane grout in the shower and Bostik Vivid grout with sealer in the floor. The frameless shower door and panel have been treated with Enduro Shield. The walls are painted with Sherwin-Williams Super Paint in the color of Shadow Storm, and the trim is painted with Sherwin-Williams Pro-Classic oil based paint in the color of Extra White! I love the LED tape under-cabinet lighting we installed beneath the floating vanity and the radiant heat flooring too! Of course we installed new 4.25″ baseboard, shoe molding, and crown molding around the perimeter of the rooms.
